Friday Special Events!
Join us for our Friday Night Special Events, where every week is an opportunity to unwind and connect with friends and fellow parkour practioners through a variety of engaging activities. Each Friday, we transform our space into a hub of entertainment and learning, featuring clinics, jams, movie nights, and game nights and more that cater to all interests and ages!

March 6th
Bring-a-friend jam
6:30pm - 8:00pm | $10 gets two entries
With this event students are invited to bring a friend to an interactive jam with light parkour education. It's a great chance to spread parkour to the Spokane community and hang out with friends at the same time!

March 13th
Skill Clinic
6:30pm - 8:00pm | $30
Skill is the first discipline of competitive parkour
we will be covering. We will be going over technique for challenges and having a mini-skill competition!

March 27th
Speed/Style clinic
6:30pm - 8:00pm | $30
For this clinic we will be covering both Style and Speed and going through the details need for great runs in either discipline. We will do timed speed courses and help athletes develop a Style line!
