Welcome to the Spokane Spot Index! Here you will find a list of Spokanes best outside parkour spots, what you will want to know about the spots, as well as a small showing of our favorite things we have done at the spots. We started Krete Freerunning to help push the "street style" of parkour and free running, and because of this training outside around Spokane has a special place in our hearts, This is why we named ourselves "Krete", which stands for Killing Concrete. This signifies the act of pushing our skills to the most extreme environments. We are strong believers that there really isn't much better in life than getting some friends together and practicing your hard learned skills outside. Make sure to always be respectful to the spots themselves, as well as those around you while training, and also if you are asked to leave the property by employees of any spot, be kind and respectful as well. We want parkour to be seen as a positive sport, which means it is up to us as practitioners to uphold the standard of being the best of society.
